The 3 Hour Flair Workshop is designed for either the experienced or inexperienced bartender or anyone that has ever been interested in this eye catching skill, and introduces them to the amazing world of flair bartending using basic Working Flair techniques, mesmerizing pours that are useful behind the bar, and simple tricks that never slow down service. Flair will amaze customers and in turn increase tips behind the bar and establish a great customer connection. The Flair Workshop is taught by award winning Vegas and European Flair Bartenders from all around the world who have competed in some of the biggest flair competitions to date and have mastered the art of Working, Exhibition and Tandem flair. This workshop includes Beer and Champagne and is lightly catered so no one will leave with an empty stomach.

3hr Cocktail Workshop $150

Hosting an Event or having a party? Elite Bartending School now offers customized cocktail workshops! These workshops are designed for fun behind the bar for someone who either is or isn’t familiar with it and wants to expand their knowledge on mixology and premium cocktail preparation. This is a very hands on workshop where you will be behind the bar mixing drinks such as Mojitos and Specialty Martinis all while using the freshest of fruits and ingredients such as premium liquors, all while learning the craft of mixology and drink preparation . This workshop includes Champagne and is lightly catered so no one will leave with an empty stomach. Elite offers these workshops on Saturdays from 4pm to 7pm but will customize the times of the class and/or certain drink recipes to fit any party planner’s needs. Flair Program $600

Elite Bartending School now offers an extensive 45 Hour flair Program! This Program is taught over three weeks and is developed for those who have always been interested in Flair Bartending and Mixology, but have lacked the knowledge, skills and/or confidence to do so. Students will learn and implement both Working and Exhibition flair behind the bar in a level that progresses from novice-expert in a three week time period, taught by experts in Flair and Mixology from all across the world. Students will be amazed on what they will learn and accomplish in as little as three weeks. Upon completion of the Flair Program students will be allowed to come back and keep practicing their skills, ask questions to our experts and even sit on future classes at no extra charge. Note: Elite Bartending School requires at least 2 years bartending experience for those interested in taking the Flair Program. References from previous work experience will be required. Students who have successfully completed Elite Bartending School's Fundamentals of Bartending 1001 will be eligible for enrollment in the flair program.

Advanced Mixology $400

The Advanced Mixology Workshop is designed for the experienced or working bartender who is looking to expand their knowledge on mixology, drink presentation and the design of high quality cocktails, using unique ingredients. There are over 100 advanced drinks such as complex Martinis, Frozen Drinks, and Shots that a bartender will learn in this workshop using high quality ingredients such as jams, cinnamon sticks, fresh fruits, right down to ingredients such as the different types of ice used. This Workshop will also help a bartender sharpen their skills in four separate aspects of drink making which are crushing, layering, shaking and blending. This 20 hour workshop is taught over a 1 week period (Monday-Friday) from 12pm-4pm. Taught only using real liquor and the freshest of ingredients, the bartender can actually taste and understand the cocktails and methods used and be able to implement them while working to wow guests, increase customer satisfaction and increase tips for the bartender!

Note: You must have have at least 2 years proven bartending experience or have taken Elite's Fundamentals of Bartending 1001 40 hour program with at least an 85% overall score.
